Claunts et al. v. Nampa City et al.

We resolved this whistleblower/First Amendment case originally filed in September 2011. See our press release:
 

We received a favorable ruling from the Court recently. The Judge ruled that ITD had to have good cause (one of the four listed reasons in the statute) to fire Ms. Lowe, and, importantly was required to provide her with constitutional due process in her termination.
